Honey Liqueur

ABOUT

Premium dark brown beet sugar, grown and processed in the Midwest, is fermented in-house and distilled in our big copper pot still. The clean, clear spirit that exits the still is aged in small American Oak barrels where it mellows, picking up color and depth of flavor. Pure Wisconsin honey is the only other ingredient. It is coarse filtered, leaving behind pollen and other small particulates. Shake before pouring.

COCKTAILS

BEE’S KNEES

OSF Honey Liqueur, lemon juice, bitters, and sparkling wine. Lemon peel garnish.

HONEY CAP

Muddled lime, honey, and lime juice with OSF Honey Liqueur and soda water.

PERFECT PEAR

OSF Honey Liqueur, pear brandy, sugar, and cream. Shake and strain into chilled glass.
