We are proud to announce the release of two special new bourbons. They both started with our signature mash bill featuring cherry-wood smoked and aromatic malts in addition to corn and rye. The mash was fermented, distilled, and aged in new charred oak barrels. Then the spirits went into freshly emptied Port and Sherry finishing barrels, adding a range of nuanced flavor and aroma including chocolate, fig, cinnamon, and roasted nuts. Not chill filtered. Like all our spirits, a little separation is natural; just give it a gentle shake.
